YAY! My BFF, Lei, is having her birthday party tomorrow! So what's up with you?

Um, so tonight I went with my guys to a party at T-kun's church. It was supa fun and I ate some pizza and drank some hot cocoa. :3 There were some jerks from our school their...I tried to ignore them, but thier nastiness sucks you in...o.O

Yeah.

Ummm...in other news...I'm sorry I haven't blogged in FOREVER...but yeah I've sorta forgotten about these things.

I'm confused about who I love. Not really "torn" per se, more like mulling things over. But, whatever, I'm still young, I have plenty of time to worry about serious things!! :D

I'm So Bored

I'm so, so, so, so, so, so, so bored right now. Like, seriously! I need to go back to school so I can have something to blog about...arg. Well, for the most part, the only thing I'm doing right now is hanging out on YouTube and going to swim team practice at six in the morning...arrrrggg....

I'm singing for old people tomorrow at my friend Lexie's church, though!!!! XD

Lately I have become obsessed with the art of Speedpainting!!! ^_^ Only, mine always turn out bad quality.

Obsessions vs. Fears

Have you ever had an obsession? I most definately have.
What about fear? What do you fear?
...
That's what I'm going to blog about right now.

Obsession- The domination of one's thoughts or feelings by a persistent image, desire...etc.

Fear- A thought or emotion caused by impending danger; whether the threat is real or imagined

So, fear and obsession are two very different things, yet they all come together in very similar ways in people's minds.

Let me give you an example from personal experience. You see, I have a huge fear of rejection and failure. Because of those either irrational or rational fears (depending on who you ask), I have slowly become obsessed with perfection in particular fields.

Some of the things I'm deathly afraid of are having a deformed baby (I'm not going to lie to you, but, if I had one, I could imagine loving it...once I got out of depression), becoming malformed because of a bad accident (can you read between the lines and see the common theme already?), and entering a huge competition and losing because of one slip up that was completely my fault.

Yes, one of my many obsessions is outer beauty. Being an artist, anything without artistic merit is very ugly to me. But, I think of artistic merit as more along the lines of the effort put into something to make it beautiful...whether or not the end result actually is...is less important to me.

One of the many ways to get to my heart is trying hard. If someone is as ugly as heck, but they try really hard to be presentable at school (taking care of their skin, washing their hair...etc) then they are more likely to be thought beautiful by me than someone with natural beauty who doesn't take care of themselves.

Frustrations

I'm seriously frustrated with myself right now....

Why? Well, I made a comepletely new blog coz I though I'd lost the password to this one. But as it turns out, I remembered the password. Of course I did. -_-

Anyway, I'm on Liam's forum, and chatting with him on AIM. It's...fun? I'm also sorta talking with Jason on the forum. ^_^

My life is boring. I know. =_=

Face Painting and Buffets

This blogging business is just too much fun, am I right--no? Any takers? Oh? No. (-_-U) Well, anyway, I changed my font yet again, buh-coz the emoticons didn't look all nice with the other one...as much as I loved it!! :''''''''''''''''( *endless tears*

Oh-tay, well, yesterday, I went to my Church's annual Easter-egg hunt and I did all of the following:

1. Painted little kids' faces for two hours

2. Hunted for Easter eggs

3. Worked at a no-pay concession stand for ten minutes

4. Pretended to charge people for the food at the concession stand

5. Got laughed at by the people I tried to charge

6. Drooled over a hot latino dude

7. Ate too much candy

8. Made a death joke and got yelled at by my mom

9. Wondered if black paint would show up on black kids

10. Scratched my head when an Asian kid had two white parents

11. Said "OHHHHH" when I found out he was adopted

12. Rode in a flatbed attached to a tractor driven by my poor overworked Priest

~I didn't have that much fun, to be honest~ 

I told them I did--I lied....(>.>U) *I hope no one from my church knows about this blog...*

Adam Lambert

Okay, long story short. Adam made me cry tonight. He is the most amazing thing to ever happen to American Idol. ENUFF SED 

A-kon 2009, American Idol, My Day So Far...

I changed my font, if you didn't notice. I just love this font...

Okay, so on May 29 me and some of my friends are going to A-kon 2009!!! Whee~ I'm not sure who I'm going to cosplay as, but I'm leaning towards a Rozen Maiden [PEACH PIT] one because I just love Gothic Lolita! I'm hoping to buy some prints in Artists' Alley--I'm praying that Barlee will be there so I can buy her Haku print!! That would be amazing...but she probably wont be there...:( 

Almost everyone who is anyone watches American Idol, right? (^_^) Well, I know I do! My fave is Adam Lambert--H8RS... BEGONE! I also like Allison and Danny, but, I don't think Danny will have much of a career if he does win--cuz, let's face it...he's U G L Y!!! I hate Anoop...'nuff said.......;)

I'm Angry At The Library

I am so mad at the library today. Do you want to know WHY?? You do? Well, I'll tell you:

Okay, so I had nine books checked out, right? I have this thing where it's supposed to email me three days before my books are due, so yesterday, I get on my email and there's NO EMAIL in my inbox. =_= So I figure: Hey! My books are still good!! 

But, today at about 10:00, I get a phone call saying that ALL my books are OVERDUE by FOUR days. D:<>

GRRRRRR!!!!!!!! Stupid public library!

A Boring Life; A Boring Day

Of course, you're reading this because you either have nothing better to do, or... you thought the blog titled "Brilliance in a Bottle" would tell you something you didn't know. Well, my friend, you are wrong. HA! But, anywhoo, I'm just your everyday brilliantly insane kid with no life, no boyfriend [hey, I AM a girl here!] and too much free time. I also neglect math homework on a daily basis and cry when I get ZAP. [my school's lame alternative to zeros]. 

Well................. hope your mommy and daddy make good pie coz you're gonna need something to make you feel less creeped out by the time you've totally checked out this blog!
